This is an all-year round resort with plenty to do whether you play golf or not. Valencia, Alicante, Benidorm and smaller historic coastal and in-land towns provide an abundance of sights and activities - or you can just relax at the pool or beach!
Valencia
Historic Valencia is Spain's third largest city and is about one hour's drive from the hotel. It has many excellent attractions ranging from historic to ultra modern visitor sites. In 2007 it will be hosting the America's Cup for which preparations and qualifying heats are already underway.
Terra Mitica Theme Park
Less than 40 mins drive and situated on the outskirts of Benidorm, Terra Mitica is Spain's largest theme park and, with its rides, shows, restaurants and shops, it is a great day out. Its latest attraction is the Tizona - an inverted roller coaster that reaches speeds of 62mph (100kmh) and heights of more than 100ft (31m) with visitors suspended beneath the track.
Hill walking in the sierra mountains
For those interested in hill walking there are many interesting and very scenic, well-marked trails within the sierra mountains within a short drive from the hotel
Kite Surfing
A popular kite surfing school is only 500 mtrs from the hotel beach
